Cardio Kickboxing is a super fun way to get back into or stay in shape! Female or Male why not make it a standing date with your mate.
Open to men and women.
Classes consist of body toning exercise and stretching, followed by a high intensity cardio/bag workout.
**This is NOT an aerobics class**
You will be punching and kicking heavy bags and focus pads for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
6:00 - 7:00 pm
Open to men and women.
In this class you actually put on the gloves and spar.
The classes are one and a half hours long. The first hour is the cardio class, where you get your conditioning and kickboxing bag work, practicing on American style and Muay Thai kickboxing techniques.
The last half hour is practical application sparring with safety equipment.
